PC is a transparent material with a high impact resistance, high stiffness, good dimension stability and good electrical properties. The properties remains over a wide temperature range. PC can become more yellow when exposed to sunlight. The effect can be additives containing UV Stabilizers. If ignited, the material is self extinguishing.
