Specifications	Minimum size Resonator： target min. 1.0x0.8mm Oscillator： target min. 1.6x1.2mm Sealing Compliable to seam-weld, Au/Sn, glass, solder, electronic beam, and direct seam. SMI-ED also offers and supports lids for glass or solder sealing types.
