Integrated Back-End Systems

The Integrated Back-End Systems (iBES Series) are designed and developed to be the key solutions provider for the semiconductor and test industries. The iBES Series utilize multiple-heads turret system that allows the system to perform multiple integrated processes at optimum speed. The system is able to perform test, vision inspection, sorting, laser marking and tape and reel on the final miniature packages.

The packages are fed into the system via wafer rings. They will be singulated through a synchronized picking and plunging system in order to have complete accuracy in components handling.
